About The Position

Assist the finance department with daily and monthly tasks. Use critical thinking and AI to improve the finance department and assist with financial strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel.
• Deep understanding of GAAP accounting.

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred.
• Experience with AI within accounting preferred.
• FQHC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Partners with Controller and other leaders to implement and achieve strategic initiatives.
• Assist with preparation of annual budget.
• Manage grant tracking and produces reports and invoices as required by HRSA and any other business partners.
• POC and lead activities related to annual financial audit.
• Responsible for reconciliation and categorization of account balances.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
