Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, specifically, NetSuite, Ramp, Airbase, Avalara, SalesForce and others
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax filings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial analytics tools.
  • Experience with sales taxes and sales tax filings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end AP cycle: invoice receipt, coding, approval routing, and payment processing
  • Maintain general ledger, reconcile balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaids, accounts payable, others) and prepare journal entries
  • Maintain vendor master data and enforce W-9/1099 compliance.
  • Assist with audit, tax preparation, and year-end closing.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
