About The Position

Northern Manufacturing is an established custom metal fabrication company specializing in complex, made-to-order products. With more than 160 employees in Oak Harbor, Ohio, our operation combines the complexity of custom manufacturing with the stability of a company that's been in business for more than 75 years. We're looking for a Senior Accountant to help keep the financial side of our operation running just as smoothly as the shop floor. This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety and ownership. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day accounting cycle, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. You'll work closely with company leadership and across the organization, giving you visibility into the business behind the numbers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on full-cycle accounting, takes ownership of their work, and appreciates the variety that comes with supporting a custom manufacturing operation. If you want to see how your work connects to the bigger picture, this could be a great fit.
