Mission The Senior Account Supervisor at SAMY is responsible for leading client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and driving strategic excellence across integrated marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and experienced leader with a deep understanding of social, influencer, and integrated marketing.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in account management within an agency environment
  • Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong client relationship management experience
  • Experience working with global brands - ideally focused on beauty brands
  • Experience in digital-first or social-first agencies
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Foster collaboration across teams
  • Drive excellence and innovation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upselling
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop integrated campaigns
  • Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and KPIs
  • Provide strategic guidance across social, influencer, and digital initiatives
  • Oversee multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, paid media, production, analytics)
  • Mentor and supervise junior account team members
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Lead reporting and optimization discussions with clients
  • Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support new business pitches and proposals
  • Contribute to account growth strategy
