About The Position

The Senior Account Strategist is the strategic lead across a portfolio of client accounts, connecting media, creative, insights, and operations into a cohesive direction. The role translates business goals into actionable strategies, leads planning and decision-making, and ensures the work is coherent, intentional, and effective. It also helps clients understand modern media and interpret changes in automation, AI, platforms, and the broader media landscape. This is a strategy and client-leadership role rather than a project-management or system-maintenance role. The strategist guides the work, shapes the narrative, and helps clients navigate complexity and change. They lead accounts across their lifecycle, from onboarding through optimization and renewal, while identifying opportunities, risks, and ways to improve performance and growth.
