Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search, staffing, or recruiting, preferably at a senior account management level.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts within the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of executive search processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients to understand their leadership needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of executive search projects from client briefing to candidate placement and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with research and recruitment teams to identify and attract top executive talent globally.
  • Provide expert advice on CEO succession planning, board services, and organizational leadership strategies.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients throughout the search process to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account management and business development.
