About The Position

Take lead on development of Rolfson Oil's expansion of Transport Fueling, LTL Fueling, Site Fueling, and Oils & Lubricants in the DFW market, serving as the primary driver of new market penetration. Leverage existing book of business to establish immediate pipeline activity and generate early revenue opportunities across construction, data center, and commercial fueling verticals. Design and implement SOPs for DFW market operations, including fuel purchasing setup, order fulfillment workflows, customer onboarding procedures, and service delivery standards tailored to each division. Develop competitive pricing structures for all four divisions that align with market conditions in DFW while maintaining Rolfson Oil's margin expectations. Build a comprehensive customer target list with prioritized leads segmented by vertical (construction, data centers, commercial fueling) and division relevance, establishing a structured outreach cadence. Assist with the enhancement of customer proposal structuring by developing standardized, professional proposal templates that clearly communicate Rolfson Oil's value proposition across each service line. Conduct market analysis of the DFW competitive landscape to identify key differentiators and positioning strategies for Rolfson Oil's entry. Collaborate with internal operations, dispatch, and supply teams to ensure DFW market infrastructure is ready to support new customer commitments. Transition from market setup to active business development, with a focus on converting pipeline leads into signed contracts and initiating first deliveries across targeted accounts. Establish measurable KPIs for the DFW market, including volume targets, account acquisition goals, and revenue milestones for each division. Conduct formal review of SOPs and pricing structures based on early market feedback, adjusting as needed to improve competitiveness and operational efficiency. Develop and present a 90-day performance recap and forward-looking growth plan to leadership, outlining wins, lessons learned, and the roadmap for sustained DFW expansion. Begin building a referral and relationship network within DFW's construction, data center, and commercial fueling industries to support long-term pipeline growth. Identify cross-sell opportunities across divisions within the existing customer base, particularly pairing Oils & Lubricants with Transport and Site Fueling accounts. Coordinate with leadership on potential staffing or operational resource needs to support market scaling beyond the initial 90-day window. Establish Rolfson Oil's brand presence in the DFW market through attendance at relevant industry events, associations, or trade organizations.
