About The Position

The Senior Account Manager at DCG ONE plays a key role in building meaningful relationships with enterprise clients and guiding projects that combine thoughtful strategy with seamless execution. As the Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring client goals are met while maintaining a collaborative and organized approach. Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, advertising, or creative agency roles.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients by understanding their business challenges and delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Oversee projects and campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring they are on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy.
  • Partner closely with customer success and other internal teams, including creative and production, to achieve client goals.
  • Anticipate client needs, address issues swiftly, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the financial health of client accounts, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and revenue goals are met.
  • Lead client meetings, craft compelling briefs and requirements documents, and act as the liaison between clients and internal teams.
