About The Position

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join AmTrav, part of the Perk Group. This role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, helping them maximize their travel budgets while minimizing management overhead. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of high-end accounts, driving customer satisfaction, growth, and margin. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with teams across AmTrav and Perk to align go-to-market strategies and share best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment and be ready to work hard to redefine how businesses budget, book, and manage travel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a professional client relationship role.
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills and the ability to build deep relationships.
  • Great prioritization and time management skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset while keeping customer satisfaction as top priority.
  • Great ability to analyze and translate data for customers.
  • Empathetic: ability to identify with the customer and genuinely wants to support them using an optimal problem-solving methodology.
  • Honest, open and trustworthy: peers and managers can trust you. A team player, who doesn’t play political games, and cares more about the team’s success than personal career gains.
  • Focused and determined: ability to focus on accomplishing big wins and not get lost in less important ideas.

  • Experience with Concur is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of high-end customers and develop a high level of customer engagement with contacts and key decision-makers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' businesses to ensure they maximize their usage of AmTrav.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand the portfolio by adding new business opportunities.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as an expert on the AmTrav product portfolio to meet and exceed quarterly targets for up/cross-selling and revenue growth.
  • Develop strong client relationships that shape their business travel programs.
  • Identify common problems within accounts and develop strategies for timely solutions and long-term success.
  • Serve as a key contact between internal AmTrav teams and the Account Management Team to ensure smooth product integrations during rollouts.
  • Effectively prioritize time to maximize impact in key business areas.
