At Jack Morton, we create and build brand experiences that are head-turning, smile-inducing, and impact-driving. We aim to redefine what experiential marketing can achieve and help clients unlock its full value. This requires a team that is bold, curious, and collaborative, constantly building on ideas, pushing boundaries, and supporting each other. At Jack Morton, you will do your best work, grow rapidly, and collaborate across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life. This is a place where curiosity drives innovation, boldness raises standards, and success is a collective achievement. Ownership is expected, egos are left behind, and the work reflects the people behind it. We offer experience without limits – in your work, your growth, and your impact. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with expertise in experiential marketing and events. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and possesses innate instincts. The ideal candidate brings order to chaos, earns the team's trust by managing every detail, and ensures clients feel effortlessly in control. If you are the person others rely on to keep operations running smoothly, this role is designed for you. You will be the operational backbone of a dynamic account team, supporting the Account Director on high-profile technology clients. Your responsibilities will include managing brand activations, large-scale conferences, and simultaneous multi-workstream programs. You will be trusted to track all project elements, proactively identify risks, and deliver work that upholds Jack Morton's reputation for excellence. This role operates in a demanding environment where excellence is the standard and agility is crucial, involving large-scale experiential builds, tight deadlines, and a high-level client. You will serve as the crucial link between creative, production, and the client. You will remain steady amidst change, bring calm to a high-energy team, and consistently find solutions. This role requires initiative and anticipation – building trackers before being asked and preparing status updates in advance. This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. You will anticipate needs, proactively manage projects, and ensure seamless execution.
