The Senior Account Manager (HORECA) is responsible for prospecting and managing new customers in the HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes) channels.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel as needed throughout respected territory
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to sell value, manage sales processes and think critically into covered accounts
  • Five years in sales within consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Demonstrated ability to act autonomously
  • Self-starter, goal oriented, excellent planning skills

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated ability to be highly strategic, interpersonal and analytical.
  • Four-year degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partners with customers to develop and introduce a sales plan that will generate the desired growths in volume and profitability.
  • Performs regular business reviews with customers within territory.
  • Sell-in their day-to-day volumes and implement promotional strategies for the introduction of new brands and packages.
  • Ensures customers are following the agreement set with the company.
  • Interacts with distribution team and communicates with customers on distribution updates.
  • Reviews DOS/Inventory report daily and share inventory status with customers.
  • Works with planning team to guarantee supply chain metrics (IE: OTIF) are satisfactory.
