Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role at a high-growth SaaS, tech, or digital marketing company serving large Enterprise clients.
  • A proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts, including identifying and sourcing expansion opportunities.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously across multiple enterprise stakeholders and traveling to customer sites regularly.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data, calculate ROI, and support impact reporting using Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and basic formulas)
  • A basic understanding of key marketing programs and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 2-5 Enterprise accounts in Financial Services, driving customer engagement and adoption of Persado.
  • Plan, lead, and present Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute results-driven account plans aligned to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual customer goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Persado products—onboarding users, enabling adoption, and championing customer needs.
  • Own issue resolution and escalate as needed; identify process or product improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including regular in-person engagement at customer sites (expect ~20-30% travel).
