About The Position

We Are Social is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team! You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through flawless execution and confident communication. You are expected to be proactive, not just managing work streams but identifying new client needs and continuously building relationships. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the social landscape and platforms. We Are Social is a creative agency powered by social connections. Requirements

  • 3+ years in an account management role or similar preferably within an advertising agency, with a specific emphasis on social media content strategy and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • Experience in social media marketing, including an understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Curiosity about clients’ business and a passion for solving business challenges
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini) and Slack.
  • Baseline knowledge of A.I. tools and functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus.
  • Added plus: Knowledge of Asana.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, processes, and ways of working
  • Act as the internal liaison between the client and the agency's cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with the agency's creative, design, and production teams to ensure timely development and delivery
  • Conduct and lead regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance, results, and future initiatives
  • Responsible for tracking and managing budgets for assigned accounts with accurate financial reporting and invoicing
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact client presentations and reports, managing all logistics and contributing expert insights to the discussion
  • Move beyond reactive task management by proactively identifying updated client needs and briefing senior team members on new opportunities
  • Manage all reporting about the health of client accounts, including writing scopes, briefs, and translating client requests into actionable work-streams and project timelines for the creative team
  • Provide internal and client teams with meeting recaps and next steps
  • Point of contact for both internal and external teams
  • Consistently leverage Gemini within Google Workspace to analyze and summarize client feedback documents and extract high-level insights
  • Be available to answer ad hoc team or client requests in a timely manner
  • Follow and stay on top of pop-culture and industry trends
