About The Position

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for growing a portfolio of clients by delivering top-tier staffing solutions across contract, permanent, and SOW-based roles. This role plays a pivotal role in generating headcount growth through personal production and maintaining exceptional client and candidate relationships. The Senior Account Manager acts as the primary relationship leader between Epitec and our clients’ hiring and leadership teams, focusing on achieving headcount growth, resulting in top-line growth (revenue) and expanded Market Share across a portfolio of key accounts. This role may also include activities centered around converting prospective new customers into customers.

Requirements

  • Prior sales and staffing experience (8 years or more).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements.
  • Demonstrated competency working with ATS and CRM tools.
  • Must prioritize and plan work activities of recruiters tied to using time efficiently and having qualified job orders.
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor delivery metrics and customer KPIs to ensure quality.
  • Must adapt to changes in environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Must demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business field or relevant work experience.
  • Problem solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Customer-facing skills, demonstrated through meetings, presentations, and entertainment.
  • Oral communication skills - speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deepen client relationships within key strategic assigned accounts, bringing in job orders, executing all sales activities, including market research, lead qualification, and closing deals. Some activities may center around customers that are potential target accounts that Epitec does not currently have a master service agreement with.
  • Build, manage, and maintain trusted relationships with clients to increase market share by promoting the company’s services.
  • Diagnose clients’ workforce gaps and offer creative staffing solutions by conducting market trends and awareness around industry analysis and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Deliver in-person presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals while staying informed of client RFPs and supporting the proposal writing process.
  • Prioritize work, including job requisitions, clarification, follow-up, and conversion rates.
  • Understand the architecture of accounts for assigned customers and participate in account strategy and planning to achieve growth and account saturation.
  • Ensure CRM/ATS is the single source of truth for all sales information.
  • Update and maintain information in CRM to company standards.
  • Work in client systems (VMS, Reporting, Analytics').
