Enterprise cybersecurity is broken. Current annual cybersecurity spending is roughly $150B, with most enterprises spending heavily to deploy, manage, and configure hundreds of different tools for marginal security benefit. At Zip, our goal is to build software that makes enterprise cybersecurity reasonable — reducing bloat by bundling and configuring opinionated security tooling, and synchronizing everything from device management to application security under one central pane of glass. We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to own and grow our customer relationships post-sale. This is a founding role focused on driving renewals, expansion, and long-term customer value. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers and be responsible for retention, identifying opportunities to expand accounts, mitigating churn risk, and building strong, trusted relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, relationship-driven, and excited to help build the Account Management function from the ground up.
