About The Position

Massey Services is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Multi-Family sector. This role involves B2B outside sales, focusing on selling Pest and Termite Services to the apartment and condo marketplace as a supplier/vendor. The company is one of the nation's largest privately held, family-owned pest prevention companies, providing a range of services including pest, termite, and lawn care to over 800,000 customers across multiple states. This is an opportunity to join a growing team of professional Multi-Family Sales Account Managers.

Requirements

• B2B outside sales experience required
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently with a structured strategic plan
• Ability to work with property management professionals through all channels
• Organized, process oriented and ability to facilitate timely follow up
• Ability to speak clearly with accurate pronunciation of words and syntax

Responsibilities

• New Account Development through face-to-face prospecting
• Generate meetings via telephone, email, and social media utilization
• Provide proposals and manage pipeline through Salesforce
• Network and participate in local apartment industry functions
• Sell on value and services offered, and cross-sell
• Ask for referrals
• Develop strategic partnerships
• Work with a team
• Use LinkedIn and other business networks to pursue professional relationships
