We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Flavors division for the Midwest Region. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth within assigned customer accounts, categories, and territories for the Flavor Division. As a strategic business partner to customers and internal stakeholders, this individual will develop and execute account growth strategies, cultivate executive-level relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand Takasago's flavor portfolio through innovation and customer-centric solutions. The Senior Account Manager will leverage industry knowledge, market insights, consumer trends, and flavor industry best practices to influence customer product development pipelines and secure project opportunities. This role is accountable for achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, profitability, project conversion, customer retention, innovation pipeline development, and new business acquisition while supporting Takasago's long-term strategic growth objectives.
