Requirements

  • experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • German language skills on a native / C2 level, fluent English skills
  • experience working with a portfolio of existing customers
  • experience with cross- and up-selling

Responsibilities

  • driving value for the company by successfully delivering on your revenue targets
  • Strategically developing existing customers by establishing long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling
  • managing your own portfolio of clients
  • making sure they get the most value out of our solution
  • listening to your customers and communicating their feedback to ensure our products and services meet their needs
  • execution of sales campaigns in close cooperation with marketing & business development
