About The Position

Collectors is seeking a Senior Account Manager, 3PL to join their PSA Vault team. This role serves as a strategic partner for innovative clients, specifically Digital Repackers, who utilize the PSA Vault as their primary infrastructure for scaling. The Senior Account Manager will be the day-to-day representative of the PSA Vault, ensuring that the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) capabilities align with client digital product roadmaps. This position involves relationship management, understanding supply chain technicalities, and API implementation to facilitate seamless scaling for partners on the platform. The role reports to the General Manager, PSA Vault and is based in New Castle, DE, with hybrid or remote options considered. The company emphasizes the value of in-person collaboration, and candidates living within a one-hour commute may be required to work onsite frequently. Requirements

  • 7 or more years of experience in B2B Account Management, SaaS Implementation, or 3PL Logistics Management.
  • Ability to speak "Developer" to technical teams and "Hobby/Business" to founders and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of how physical throughput in a warehouse impacts a digital repack business.
  • Comfortable juggling complex billing data, API documentation, and shipping manifests.
  • Proactive in anticipating needs and alerting teams in advance of potential issues.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for PSA’s 3PL partners, managing the health, satisfaction, and growth of the relationship.
  • Partner with Product & Technology to coordinate the technical onboarding of new clients, guiding them through API integrations and system configurations.
  • Manage the inbound "inventory funnel" for clients, ensuring their supply chain meets specific speed and volume requirements.
  • Translate client launch calendars and growth plans into actionable volume projections for Operations and Labor teams.
  • Own the end-to-end invoicing process for the book of business, including data collection for custom 3PL billing, auditing usage fees, and ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Work with product, data, and customer support teams to ensure client growth and success.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to utilize additional PSA services to ensure long-term engagement within the PSA ecosystem.
