About The Position

CoderPad is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their sales team in North America. The role involves engaging key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders to empower technical teams to hire with confidence and improve the technical interview process. As the global leader in the technical interview space, the GTM team's goal is to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 3 years as an Account Executive.
  • A hunter mindset & entrepreneurial spirit!
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions.
  • A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce CRM.
  • Gong & Apollo is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Breaking into key target accounts through outbound prospecting with CoderPad’s value proposition aligned to the objectives of our ideal prospects.
  • Collaborating with Marketing & Customer Success colleagues to detect new business opportunities with intent based tools.
  • Establishing a trusted advisor/consultant approach with prospects.
  • Suggesting new ideas to improve our product, process, and workflows based on customer feedback and strategic approach.
  • Achieving pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Engaging with a value-based selling approach to delight our buyers!
