About The Position
Endgame Systems, LLC, a subsidiary of Elastic, provides consulting services related to Elastic technology to Government agencies with heightened security needs. Elastic is a global search company powering enterprise search, observability, and security solutions. This role focuses on expanding Elastic's footprint within Defense Agencies by driving adoption of its search, observability, and security solutions to support mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in Defense Agency mission objectives, understand defense acquisition processes, and be passionate about solving complex challenges with innovative technology.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Defense Agency missions, DISA/4th Estate structures, and operational requirements.
- Proven success in defense sales, business development, or program management within the public sector.
- Familiarity with Security Operations Centers (SOCs), AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into mission value.
- Experience navigating federal procurement processes and contracting vehicles.
- Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is strongly preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Military experience or prior collaboration with Defense Agency stakeholders.
- Expertise in operational planning, cybersecurity, or data analytics within defense environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive Elastic's sales strategy for Defense Agencies, delivering tailored solutions for operational and cybersecurity needs.
- Cultivate relationships with military and defense agency leadership, identifying opportunities to support mission success with Elastic’s products.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and system integrators to design and implement Elastic solutions for joint and multi-domain operations.
- Partner with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure alignment with federal acquisition requirements.
- Stay abreast of evolving mission priorities, defense funding trends, and technological advancements.
- Represent Elastic at defense industry events, briefings, and conferences to showcase capabilities and build partnerships.
