We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to own our largest and most strategic opportunities and help set the standard for how Themis sells into banks, credit unions, and fintechs. This role goes beyond carrying a quota. You’ll lead complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles, act as a trusted advisor to senior compliance and risk leaders, and serve as a force multiplier for the broader sales team through mentorship and best-practice sharing. The ideal candidate is a proven closer with deep experience in regulated or technical sales, the judgment to navigate enterprise procurement and security reviews, and the maturity to represent Themis at the executive level.
