We are looking for an Senior Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team on a Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in brokerage, consulting, or insurance company
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must have valid Life & Health license
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)

Responsibilities

  • To service new and existing Ancillary Large and Small Group accounts and coordinate account activity
  • To service new and existing Individual and Small Group accounts and coordinate account activity
  • Work within a fast paced team environment supporting Vice President of Sales
  • Service and monitor in-force accounts and disseminate account activity
  • Evaluate existing coverages and make recommendations as needed
  • Receive, review and forward, policies and other documents as necessary
  • Scrub and submit requests for proposals
  • Manage renewal process
  • Interact with carriers regarding submissions and escalated complaints
  • Prepare benefit and cost comparisons using quoting system and/or excel spreadsheeting
  • Process new business (on-boarding of cases)
  • Respond to service inquiries
  • Update internal reporting systems and internal databases (as necessary)
  • Prepare and validate accuracy of end of period reporting for Sales VP and COO
  • Go on Client meetings or Open Enrollment meetings as needed
  • Attend Industry Events to Promote FNA
  • Create and track RFP process for Large Groups
