About The Position

We are seeking a high-grit, Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead new business acquisition and drive pipeline growth in the New York market. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) "Hunter" role designed for a self-motivated closer who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to transform our sales model from a reactive, inbound-heavy approach into a proactive, outbound powerhouse. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will act as a strategic territory builder—aggressively prospecting, unearthing untapped enterprise opportunities, and commanding the entire full-cycle sales process to consistently outpace quotas and drive a high-velocity culture of winning.

Requirements

  • Strong background in AdTech, MarTech, or Data/Audience Measurement.
  • Knowledge of the media landscape and how data drives marketing ROI is a massive plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft/Outreach.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to optimize your team's workflow and productivity.
  • Extreme grit, coachability, and the ability to persevere through the "messy" stages of building a team.
  • Must be a "player" who isn't afraid to get in the trenches.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate Nielsen in the market
  • Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
  • Explains complex, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus
  • Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas
  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
  • 5-10 years, track record of independent work product
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
