About The Position

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is searching for a freelance Digital Senior Account Executive to join our growing Hyundai team! We are a hybrid work environment, 3 days week in-office. Local candidates only, please. Booking is 6/15 - 12/18/26. The SAE is responsible for the day-to-day management of client’s automotive website initiatives that center around leveraging data to optimize a user's experience. The successful candidate should possess good client contact skills including, but not limited to, conducting presentations, trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client services function within an advertising agency
  • Knowledgeable in website development process is a MUST.
  • Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams
  • Ability to manage budgets and agency billings.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in website personalization, leveraging data insights to optimize user experiences and drive engagement for enhanced conversion and performance.
  • Preferred experience with ad/mar tech stacks, coupled with a grasp of AI capabilities, enabling strategic utilization to optimize campaigns and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the client daily to identify needs and expectations on website optimizations and large data-driven initiatives.
  • Initiate projects derived from strategic/data insights, client/business needs, and creative ideas.
  • Accurately plan and forecast project budgets.
  • Deliver on (medium to large scope) site updates and self-contained projects unaided.
  • Takes ownership of deliverables and facilitates work effectively across internal teams and vendors.
  • Brief creative and production teams on project initiatives including website maintenance, development, and asset generation.
  • Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary.
  • Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps.
  • Facilitate internal and client reviews, update status documents, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination.
  • Results owner – can articulate past results and measurements strategy/optimizations.
  • Be the steward of the agency’s brand management system and show solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, marketing channels, strategies, and competitive landscape).
  • Able to lead client discussions regarding digital marketing insights and recommendations.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with several cross-functional agency teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of objectives.

  • Oversee the efforts of junior staff and provide guidance on projects.
  • Oversee internal process.
