About The Position

Edelman Digital is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Digital Communications to help manage integrated digital and communications programs for a major healthcare client. The role is suited to a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who takes ownership of projects, builds client relationships, and connects teams to deliver meaningful work. The successful candidate will bring digital and social media knowledge, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage complex projects. They will coordinate cross-functional teams, anticipate challenges, and ensure digital initiatives align with broader client business priorities.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, integrated communications, account management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Own and manage day-to-day digital and integrated communications projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met.
Coordinate multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams, including creative, paid media, social, strategy, and other specialists.
Serve as a day-to-day client contact, independently managing communications, project updates, and follow-ups.
Anticipate project risks, identify challenges, and recommend proactive solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
Oversee content development workflows, manage multiple deliverables, and ensure quality assurance and consistency.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to connect digital initiatives with broader business and corporate reputation objectives.
Analyze campaign performance, support digital audits, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Contribute to strategic planning, account operations, and opportunities to improve processes and campaign execution.
