The Senior Account Associate provides administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts. This role operates under the general direction of an Account Manager (AM), Account Executive (AE), or Producer, ensuring that production and quality standards are met while mitigating liability from errors and omissions. The associate will independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage small-sized accounts or those with the least complex needs. The position is remote, specifically for the Southeastern US, supporting Tampa, FL, with a focus on Construction and General accounts. Individuals residing within a 50-mile radius of a branch location may be required to work onsite in a hybrid capacity. Remote work requires a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and is not a substitute for personal responsibilities during working hours.
