The specialist monitors enrollments, analyzes trends, and recommends adjustments to improve course delivery and efficiency. They oversee curriculum updates (new courses, revisions, withdrawals), maintain records, and serve as the liaison to the college curriculum office. The role also manages Lecturer scheduling and hiring coordination. The specialist analyzes enrollment data, prepares reports, and communicates findings to faculty and leadership. They act as a liaison to university offices, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate, timely communication. Additional duties include providing guidance to another department, maintaining faculty resources, supporting program development, and handling administrative tasks such as graduation support, exam coordination, proctoring, and textbook orders.
