About The Position

Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to identify, diagnose, and resolve DRAM process integration related problems. This role involves coordinating and executing process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives, implementing changes at the process step, and leading/participating in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. The engineer will also validate and fan out new process baselines qualified, including new processes, tools, and/or materials for new product introduction, and support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Science, Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Validate and qualify processes, tools, and materials for product introduction
• Manage and audit material suppliers to meet quality, cost, and risk objectives
• Support internal and external audits
• Sustain fab healthiness with daily monitoring
• Drive effective process technology improvement that enables best-in-class yield, quality and cost
