Requirements
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction
- Possession of a valid PA non-commercial Class C driver’s license or equivalent
- Meet the PA residency requirement
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance
Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned tasks across various shops including plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds work
- Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas such as buildings, pavilions, and recreational spaces
- Complete tasks like repairing blacktop, cementing sidewalks, and maintaining parking areas
- Use hand and power tools to assist with repairs, installations, and general maintenance
- Pick up debris, operate mowing and leaf equipment under supervision, and help maintain outdoor spaces
- Remove snow from walkways and support seasonal maintenance needs around the facility
