About The Position
This semi-local CDL A truck driving job offers competitive pay with an average weekly earning potential of $1,500 - $1,700, and an annual potential of $75k-$100k. Drivers will receive additional pay for each unloaded trailer, backhauls, and stops. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in installments over 6 months. Drivers can expect to be home 3-4 times a week, typically getting a 10-hour break every other day. This position involves touch freight and requires 2 days of paid training at $150/day. The average weekly mileage is between 800-1,000 miles. The running area includes delivering to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience
- Able to pass the hair follicle drug test
- Clean MVR
- No SAP
- Must have personal transportation as trucks cannot be taken home
