About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Semi-Local Driver for a touch freight position. This role offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and a schedule designed to provide consistent home time. Drivers will average 800-1,000 miles per week and will be home 3-4 times per week, typically for a 10-hour break every other day. The position includes paid orientation and training.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 3 months of CDL-A experience
• Must pass a hair follicle drug test
• Clean MVR required
• No SAP drivers
• Reliable personal transportation required

Responsibilities

• Operate a semi-trailer truck
• Handle touch freight
• Complete assigned routes and deliveries
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,700
• Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in installments during your first 6 months
• $245 per unloaded trailer
• $70 per backhaul
• $25 per stop
• Home 3–4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
• 2 days of paid orientation/training at $150 per day
