Selling Sales Manager - Bath Remodeling
About The Position
An established and growing bath remodeling company serving Baton Rouge and surrounding communities is seeking an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing in-home sales team while continuing to sell and close business. The role drives revenue growth by leading In-Home Sales Representatives while remaining actively involved in sales. The manager mentors team members, assists with closing opportunities, conducts field training, and ensures the team consistently achieves performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for a sales leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful in-home home improvement sales experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to close sales and train others to do the same.
- Comfortable using iPads, electronic presentations, and digital contract platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling bath remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, HVAC, or similar home improvement products.
- 2+ years of sales management or team leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage appointments scheduled by the inside sales team.
- Conduct a minimum of five field training appointments per week alongside sales representatives.
- Provide in-home sales support and assist representatives with closing opportunities.
- Monitor individual and team performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Handle cancel-save appointments and help recover potential lost sales.
- Partner with rehash and follow-up efforts to maximize closing opportunities.
- Lead ongoing sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training workshops.
- Establish clear expectations and accountability for the sales team.
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain top sales talent.
- Maintain a positive, high-performance sales culture.
