About The Position

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante. You will serve clients in the store and digitally using technology for outreach and selling, and speak with authority about fashion and trends in person and online. This role is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager. Weekend availability from Friday through Sunday is required.

Requirements

Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible work schedule.
Weekend availability from Friday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
Showcase products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
Use selling tools and digital store technology, omni-channel services, and fleetwide inventory to sell.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
Grow individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Collaborate to create a positive work environment.
