The Self Sufficiency Coordinator supports the implementation and coordination of resident focused programs that promote economic mobility, workforce development, financial empowerment, educational advancement, and long-term self-sufficiency. This position plays a key role in coordinating partnerships, managing program logistics, supporting participant engagement, and ensuring effective program operations across AMHA’s self-sufficiency initiatives. The Coordinator works collaboratively with Resident Services staff, community partners, employers, educational institutions, and service providers to connect residents to opportunities that increase income, employment, education, asset-building, and overall family stability. The position provides both administrative and direct program support to advance AMHA’s mission of helping residents achieve greater economic independence and improved quality of life.
