About The Position

A Self-Determination Assistant is sought to provide 8 hours per week of Community Habilitation services to a self-direction participant in Bergen. The role involves supporting community engagement, participation in hobbies and interests, development of independent living skills, and related activities. Applicants should be comfortable around pets and open to flexible scheduling. The position requires use of a personal vehicle and may involve travel to the Brockport, Rochester, and Buffalo areas. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour.
