About The Position
Clearbrook is seeking a skilled and compassionate Self Directed Assistant (SDA) for its Home Based Services program in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The SDA serves as the primary advocate for individuals in the program, manages a caseload, and ensures clients receive necessary services from the state. Clearbrook provides paid certification training for candidates who meet the state’s minimum qualifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services, social services, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license.
