About The Position
The Self-Determination Assistant provides 10–12 hours per week of Community Habilitation to support a person with disabilities. The support includes participating in community events, social engagement, and exploring activities of interest. The position requires the use of a personal vehicle and may involve travel to the Rochester and Buffalo areas. Friday evening and weekend availability is required. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour.
