About The Position

Dell Technologies Select (DTS) Account Executive plays a critical role in delivering our most ambitious outcomes with a small set of our highest-value customers. Aligned tightly with the Client Executive (CE), this role is accountable for orchestrating execution across all Dell Business Units – including Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), Client Solutions Group (CSG), Services, APEX and key partners – to advance our joint strategy, expand our footprint and deliver measurable business value. As a DTS Account Executive, you will be a trusted, senior-facing sales leader for one or more of Dell’s largest and most strategic accounts. You will partner closely with the Client Executive to shape the overall account strategy, lead execution across all Dell lines of business, and ensure exceptional, coordinated customer experience at every level of the relationship.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions to large enterprise or global accounts, with a strong track record of overachievement
  • Proven success in strategic/enterprise account leadership, ideally in a “select” or global account model with multi-tower, multi-year engagements
  • Exceptional executive relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business and technology leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate across multiple business units, services teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions and outcomes
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate customer strategy and challenges into compelling Dell solutions and roadmaps
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, including the ability to influence virtual teams and drive alignment across a matrixed organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in or selling to global, highly regulated or complex enterprises with multi-region operations.
  • Prior experience in a strategic account, global account, or overlay leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the account strategy with the Client Executive for our most strategic global customers, aligning to the customer’s business, technology and transformation priorities
  • Drive cross-portfolio growth by expanding share of spend across Dell Technologies’ full portfolio – infrastructure, client, services, APEX and partner solutions
  • Lead account orchestration across all BUs, engaging product specialists, technical resources, services, finance, and partners to deliver integrated solutions and outcomes
  • Develop executive relationships across business and IT, earning credibility as a strategic advisor who can connect Dell’s capabilities to the customer’s long-term roadmap
  • Run disciplined account management, including multi-year account planning, sales forecasting, pipeline health, and governance with internal and customer stakeholders
  • Provide sales leadership on complex, multi-tower opportunities, including large, global deals that require sophisticated commercial and operational structures
  • Ensure operational excellence in execution, from opportunity identification through delivery, customer satisfaction and ongoing expansion
