Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years of relevant sales experience.
2+ years in product line or sales leadership.
Demonstrated success growing revenue and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Strong understanding of go-to-market approaches, account segmentation, and marketing tactics.
Solid grasp of the sales process and channel sales, with the ability to adapt as portfolios and GTM strategies evolve.

Experience collaborating across cross-functional internal teams spanning all aspects of product-line enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate partner execution against the worldwide sales strategy, collaborating closely with a cross-functional team and supporting executive alignment with partners.
Champion segment enablement by fostering partner and ISV alignment, and organizing/supporting events, webinars, and training programs.
Lead segment forecasting by developing Bottoms-Up (BUF) and Judged (JFF) forecasts and collaborating with the BU on supply prioritization.
Collaborate with Partner Marketing on go-to-market strategy, contributing to sales positioning, messaging, MDF strategy, and Lighthouse Account (LHA) programs.
Own segment reporting by tracking pipeline growth, consolidating partner reporting, and producing timely industry-facing reports.
Work through Partner/OEM GAMs to translate account strategy into coordinated execution, helping unblock partner challenges.
Identify and resolve recurring partner friction at the root to prevent future issues.
