Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • 2+ years in product line or sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market approaches, account segmentation, and marketing tactics.
  • Solid grasp of the sales process and channel sales, with the ability to adapt as portfolios and GTM strategies evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate partner execution against the worldwide sales strategy, collaborating closely with a cross-functional team and supporting executive alignment with partners.
  • Champion segment enablement by fostering partner and ISV alignment, and organizing/supporting events, webinars, and training programs.
  • Lead segment forecasting by developing Bottoms-Up (BUF) and Judged (JFF) forecasts and collaborating with the BU on supply prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing on go-to-market strategy, contributing to sales positioning, messaging, MDF strategy, and Lighthouse Account (LHA) programs.
  • Own segment reporting by tracking pipeline growth, consolidating partner reporting, and producing timely industry-facing reports.
  • Work through Partner/OEM GAMs to translate account strategy into coordinated execution, helping unblock partner challenges.
  • Identify and resolve recurring partner friction at the root to prevent future issues.
