Your Mission As a Seed Warehouse Specialist, you'll keep our seed operation moving fast and flawlessly-so customers get the right product at the right time. You'll receive and stage seed, maintain accurate inventory records, prepare orders for pickup or delivery, and keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. You'll also operate forklifts and other equipment, coordinate with teammates to meet tight seasonal timelines, and help resolve order or stock issues quickly.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand, sit, crawl and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order documentation
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety mindset
• Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained)
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, agriculture, or logistics experience preferred

Responsibilities
