The Seed Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately assigning available inventory to customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring service-level commitments are met while supporting efficient seed operations. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, inventory control, customer service, or warehouse/distribution operations
- Basic understanding of order fulfillment, inventory allocation, or supply chain processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Dedication to safety, quality, and accuracy in every task.

Responsibilities
- Allocate available inventory to customer orders based on priority rules, availability, and delivery requirements
- Review and manage the release of customer orders within order management system.
- Coordinate order releases to support picking, packing, and shipping schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure allocations align with demand, promised ship dates, and business priorities
- Identify and resolve order exceptions such as backorders, shortages, or allocation holds
- Support inventory reallocation and order reprioritization as conditions change
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all order allocation activities.
- Must be willing to work in a 50-degree Cooler for extended periods of time.
