Requirements

  • Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as patrolling, standing for extended periods, and responding quickly to emergencies.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of guests and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, investigate suspicious activity, and conduct security checks.
  • Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and management team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local safety regulations, reporting any incidents as necessary.
  • Assist with emergency response procedures and coordinate with local authorities when required.
