As a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Cle Elum, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a premier resort location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, assist guests and staff with professionalism, and deliver exceptional service and communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a resort setting.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hotel and resort grounds, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations, with attention to access points and property conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions when required, and help to deter unauthorized persons and/or prohibited behavior on the property.
  • Support daily operations by assisting with incident reports, answering questions, providing directions, and communicating professionally with guests, employees, vendors, and/or emergency personnel.
