As a Security Officer Driving Patrol in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and support access control activities while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify suspicious activity, access concerns, and/or maintenance issues that could affect daily operations.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor procedures as directed by site policy, and report unauthorized persons, deliveries, and/or property movement.
Support access control, alarm response, and/or after-hours checks for office, production, and common areas while following post orders and client-specific expectations.
