Security Technology Program Manager
About The Position
This role serves as the technical lead for physical security infrastructure across Relativity Space facilities, including manufacturing sites, test locations, launch facilities, and corporate offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, hands-on installation, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and supporting security technologies. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring demonstrated experience installing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise physical security systems while driving system reliability, standardization, and future growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing, installing, configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting enterprise access control, CCTV, and physical security systems.
- Strong understanding of low-voltage security infrastructure, door hardware, electronic locking devices, networking fundamentals, and integrated security technologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex security technology projects.
- Comfortable working in the field when operational needs require.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to balance technical execution with strategic planning and program management.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Nice To Haves
- Networking experience (Cisco, Aruba, VLANs)
- Aerospace or Defense industry experience
- Active or previous Secret/Top Secret Clearance
