Snap Inc. is seeking a Security Technical Program Manager to operate and scale programs that protect its data, systems, identities, and customer experience. This portfolio-level program leader will support Access and Privacy Engineering, translating ambiguous privacy and security priorities into operating models, roadmaps, controls, execution plans, and measurable outcomes. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, Security, and business teams to make work visible, actionable, and sustainable. The role supports the full lifecycle of privacy and security risk: identifying signals, establishing ownership, defining requirements, prioritizing work, driving adoption, validating outcomes, and communicating decisions and residual risk to leadership. It owns cross-functional privacy and data governance, builds operating mechanisms for program execution, and drives privacy-by-design practices throughout the lifecycle of technical work. It leads complex company-wide programs through rollout, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement, while providing leadership visibility, resolving blockers, and automating workflows where appropriate. Snap follows a “Default Together” policy and expects team members to work in an office four or more days per week. The position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs. In the United States, annual base salary ranges are $190,000–$284,000 in Zone A (CA, WA, NYC), $181,000–$270,000 in Zone B, and $162,000–$241,000 in Zone C. Starting pay depends on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
