About The Position

Force Security Solutions a subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions, provides the highest level of Electronic Security including Intrusion Detection, Access Control and IP Video Surveillance technology. • Conduct security assessments and audits for clients to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and security needs. • Develop customized security solutions and recommendations based on assessment findings. • Collaborate with clients to implement security measures, which may include physical security, electronic surveillance, access control systems, and security policies and procedures. • Provide expertise and guidance on security best practices and industry standards. • Conduct security training sessions for clients' staff members as needed. • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the security industry

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a criminal background test, drug test, and clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to travel (with own transportation) to client sites within the greater Washington DC area and occasionally beyond.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • 3+ years of experience in security consulting, risk assessment, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., criminal justice, security management) preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus
