About The Position

Apple Global Security is seeking a highly experienced Crisis Management Technology Systems Product Manager to shape the technology used to monitor global events, respond to and manage crises, and provide emergency communications to employees.

The role leads the evolution of global crisis management and threat intelligence systems, partnering with engineering, intelligence, and IS&T teams to modernize the technology ecosystem. It integrates AI, automation, and advanced data feeds, translating complex operational needs into scalable solutions for live, high-pressure crisis response. The Product Manager drives initiatives from concept through deployment and helps ensure teams have the tools needed to navigate global events. This role focuses on advanced emergency communication and intelligence platforms and does not support standard physical security technologies such as cameras or access control.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in project management, crisis management technology, or security systems.
• At least 5 years of experience deploying solutions for business process enablement.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps, align stakeholders, and apply prioritization frameworks.
• Track record of translating business requirements into technical workflows and successfully shipping features.
• Highly organized systems thinker able to deliver pragmatic solutions in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools and iWork.
• BA/BS degree.

Nice To Haves

• At least 10 years of experience in project management, crisis communication technology, or security systems, including at least 8 years deploying business process solutions.
• Experience administering or deploying geospatial risk and emergency communication platforms such as Everbridge or Visual Command Center.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled workflows, MCPs, and data stores to enhance business operations.
• Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills, including presenting complex information to leadership and building consensus across competing priorities.
• Track record of successfully delivering multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Ability to effectively measure and communicate program maturity and impact.
• MBA or MS degree.
